How do I order a dress?
Dresses may be ordered one of two ways. First, you may call us directly at 1-801-491-6207 to place your order with one of our fashion consultants. Second, all dresses are available to be ordered through our website. Please measure yourself and consult the size chart. We are happy to advise you to make this process easier!

How do I know what size to Order?
Please note the size chart below - many girls do not fall into one exact size. If there is any question, call for a fashion consultant's guidance. If you need further help, check out our Perfect Dress Size sizing chart.

Shipping Questions

How and when are the dresses shipped?
All of the shipping is done from our warehouse. Dresses are shipped via UPS. With UPS Standard Ground shipping, a dress can usually get anywhere in the US within 10 business days. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, physical addresses are needed.

Does TwirlProm.com ship internationally?
International shipping is available, and international shipping prices apply. We are not responsible for customs/duties/taxes.

When are the dresses shipped?
Dresses are shipped within 24 hours of the next business day after an order being placed. If the dress you have ordered is not available you will be contacted by our twirl consultants.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are as follows:

Ground: Formal - $15/ Bridal - $25
3-Day: Formal - $25/ Bridal - $35
2-Day: Formal - $35/ Bridal - $45
Overnight: Formal - $45/ Bridal - $55

*Each additional dress adds five dollars to shipping cost.

Return Policy

What if I ordered the wrong size dress?
First, let's evaluate. Did you originally measure and consult the size chart? How is it fitting, where is it not fitting? Typically many formalwear dresses will require some 'tweaking', because we want it to fit you in the right places and your shape. Most of our gowns have side seams to alter with. For petite girls, a shoulder lift may be all that is required. Industry standard for full length gowns are for 5'7" +- If you ordered the wrong size, let's find out if we have the correct size to fit with the least amount of adjustments!
In addition, some girls may want to also wear a petticoat for added fullness.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 2 Business Days from the time you received the item in which to postmark the item back to us. The item must be unused. We will not be able to process any exchanges or refunds that are postmarked after this 2 Business Day period. Please note a 10% re-stocking fee per item will be subtracted from your refund.

Do you have restocking fees?
Restocking fees only apply to refunds, not exchanges. If you are returning for a refund, please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to every returned item that is not being exchanged.

Do you refund shipping?
We do not refund shipping on refunds or exchanges.

Do I need to pay for shipping again when I exchange a dress?
Yes, standard shipping charges are reapplied with every exchange shipped.

How long does it take to receive an exchange?
Exchanges take as long as normal orders once we receive them, so expect the same shipping time.

When I return a dress, how long does it take for you to credit my account?
Once we receive a dress back, please allow for 3-4 business days to see the refund on your credit card statement.

What is a business day?
Standard business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
